Shipping

• Free shipping to residential and commercial addresses in the 48 contiguous United States.
• Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and international destinations are quoted separately.
• Engines and transmissions ship by freight on a pallet. Most orders ship within [X] business days of payment, with typical transit of [X–X] business days. You will receive tracking details when your order ships.
• Someone must be available to receive the delivery. Please inspect the shipment for visible damage before signing and note any damage on the delivery receipt.

Damaged in transit

If your part arrives damaged, note it on the delivery receipt, take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at (888) 928-5882. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Returns (30 days)

• You may return an unused, uninstalled part within 30 days of delivery.
• The part must be in the same condition as delivered, with no fluids added, no disassembly and all markings intact.
• Contact us first for a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns without an RA cannot be processed.
• If the return is due to our error (wrong part shipped or part damaged in transit), we cover return shipping. For other reasons, return freight costs are deducted from your refund and a restocking fee of [X]% may apply.
• Parts that have been installed are not returnable but remain covered under our 90-day warranty.

Refunds

Once the returned part is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within [X] business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.

Order cancellations

You may cancel an order at no charge before it ships. If the order has already shipped, the return terms above apply.
